Our March 4th Breakfast was a success!  After expenses we were able to make a $1,000 donation to St. Joseph’s Social Care and Thrift Store.

For those who aren’t aware, the Supreme Council reimburses councils $100 for every $500 or 1,000# of food donated with an annual maximum of $500.  By handling the monthly parish food donations at St. Mary’s and donating the $1,000 from this breakfast, St. Mary’s Council #10837 will again exceed that goal set by Supreme and receive that maximum reimbursement of $500.  That $500 will again be donated to St. Joseph’s as we have done for the past several years.

Thank you brother knights for your efforts in organizing and serving this breakfast, and thank you to all who attended and made free will offerings to this cause.

Our next breakfast will be our Mother’s Day breakfast on May 6th (the Sunday before Mother’s Day).  We will have flowers for all mothers in attendance.  The Tri-Cities Northstars will also be there to help serve breakfast and put on a demonstration with activities for kids in the school gym.  Proceeds for this breakfast will go to our council to help fund many of the smaller projects and donations we make over the summer and throughout the year.  We also hope to make a contribution to the Tri-City Northstars to help with their expenses and travel costs with their summer football season which kicks off in Minot of May 5th.  We hope to see you all at this breakfast!

Another successful fundraiser breakfast by St. Mary’s Council #10837! Proceeds from this breakfast went to local seminarian Riley Durkin of Lankin, ND through the Knights of Columbus RSVP Program.

Around 20 brother knights were on hand Sunday morning Dec. 4th to serve breakfast with proceeds going to the Holy Family / St. Mary’s Catholic School and Propagation of Faith.
